Ocean Botanicals LLC DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit in route to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout. Once items leave the Ocean Botanicals warehouse the carrier chosen during check out accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession.
