All domestic orders will be FULFILLED via USPS and UPS. Products are usually shipped within 1 - 3 day after the order is placed. THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL ARRIVE IN 1-3 DAYS
All international shipping prices are calculated by the carrier. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination address. We will do our best to provide the expected delivery time once your order is processed.
Standard time in transit:
Please allow 5 - 7 business days if you have ordered any product. However, if you over 100 lbs of bulk sea moss it will take 10-14 business days to be delivered to you.
Missing Items in Shipping
If you order products and you receive an incomplete order, meaning, there are items missing from your order. Take a picture or video of the delivery note and the ordered items and email us within 72 hours of delivery to make us aware of this oversight and we will send the missing product/s to you. If you fail to report this matter within 72 hrs. Then, Ocean Botanicals will not be obligated to send you any replacement products or refunds.
