To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames, we advise you to please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

ONCE PLACED, WE ALLOW 36 HOURS TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR YOU TO GET A FULL REFUND. 

United States

 All domestic orders will be FULFILLED via USPS and UPS. Products are usually shipped within 1 - 3 day after the order is placed. THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL ARRIVE IN 1-3 DAYS

International Shipping

All international shipping prices are calculated by the carrier. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination address. We will do our best to provide the expected delivery time once your order is processed.

Standard time in transit:

Please allow 5 - 7 business days if you have ordered any product. However, if you over 100 lbs of bulk sea moss it will take 10-14 business days to be delivered to you.

Missing Items in Shipping

If you order products and you receive an incomplete order, meaning, there are items missing from your order. Take a picture or video of the delivery note and the ordered items and email us within 72 hours of delivery to make us aware of this oversight and we will send the missing product/s to you. If you fail to report this matter within 72 hrs. Then, Ocean Botanicals will not be obligated to send you any replacement products or refunds.
